US President Donald Trump has said that Russia has the upper hand in peace talks with Ukraine and that Volodymyr Zelensky needs to come to his senses and start accepting things.
In an interview with German newspaper Bild, Trump also accused Ukraine's European allies of talking too much and not "delivering," as he called it, what the war-torn country needs.
Trump has spearheaded the new diplomatic effort to end the war, drawing up a 28-point peace plan that neither Zelensky nor Russia has accepted.
