The morning excursion of two young hunters to train their dogs, in the area of the community of Pentalia, in the district of Paphos, had a tragic end.
The vehicle driven by Stylianos Genis, 32 years old from Geroskipou, fell into a ravine, resulting in his fatal injury.
Just a few minutes before the fatal accident, the victim's friend had gotten out of the car with the hunting dogs.
The unfortunate Stylianos attempted to drive the vehicle to another location, with the intention of picking up his friend and their dogs later.
According to the Police, the vehicle overturned, when part of the eroded - due to the rains - soil on the narrow rural road, where the victim was moving, gave way.
