He was also constantly asking the police officer if the arrest warrant pending against him was signed and sealed, with the police officer reporting that he was signed by a judge. The wanted person then said that neither the stamp nor the signature, citing various laws, had no legal effect.
At some point, the police officer told the 45 -year -old that he could go to the space he was in to discuss what he said, but the wanted person refused because, as he said, he would arrest him.
The Police Headquarters Crime Department is investigating the case, while authorities made two arrests in the case.
