President Christodoulidis: Greece once again declares its presence

Welcoming the Minister of National Defense, the President of the Republic thanked the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Defense of Greece, for the immediate response to the request submitted by the Republic of Cyprus at a difficult time.

He added that Greece once again declares its presence, noting that this is a move of substantial and symbolic importance, which opens the way for other European states as well.

He noted that he spoke with the president of France and there was a response, and that he is in contact with the Chancellor of Germany and the Prime Minister of Italy.

After the meeting between Dendias and Christodylidis, there followed a meeting between the Minister of National Defense and his counterpart, Vassilis Palmas.
