The Cyprus Fire Service has rescued a dog that fell into a 12 meter deep hole.
According to press spokesman Andreas Ketty, “The Famagusta fire department responded immediately to the call for help. A team of firefighters arrived in a rescue vehicle to extract the animal from a hole about 12 meters deep in the Sotiras area of Ayia Napa municipality.
The Water Resources Department and all relevant authorities were informed about the emergency.
Fortunately, the animal is fine.
