A serious incident occurred at a flight from Manchester to Larnaca, when one of the passengers was intoxicated to behave aggressively.
The woman not only loudly insulted other travelers, but also moved to physical attacks, threatening passengers and crew members. The situation got out of control so much that the pilots were forced to make an emergency landing at the Köln-Bonn airport in Germany.
According to the Daily Express publication, the 41-year-old Briton after landing was detained by the local police. The law enforcement officers described her condition as "extremely drunk." In the report of the German authorities, it is separately emphasized that the use of alcohol in flight can pose a serious threat to the safety of passengers and the crew.
The woman will have to explain her actions in the police, as well as, probably, to answer the law for the attack and create a threat of flight security. The tests for passengers did not end there. After the incident, the aircraft ran into a technical malfunction, which is why the flight lingered for a few more hours. Many travelers expressed dissatisfaction with the situation, noting that the expectation became a real test after already experienced stress.
