In Ukraine, Russian drones and missiles hit a railway junction near Kiev, damaging carriages and a depot and disrupting services.

As the International Atomic Energy Agency announced, the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhia was temporarily shut down by Russian military operations during the night.

The protective shell at the destroyed Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Ukraine has also been damaged by drones, with the Organization announcing that it can no longer fully fulfill its purpose.

Ukraine's foreign minister, Andriy Sibykha, accused Russia of continuing to ignore any peace efforts and hit critical civilian infrastructure such as energy and railways.
