On Saturday, August 16, the next tourist was injured after the fall and was delivered to the Famagusta hospital.
The signal of the incident came from vacationers, and the NEARCHOS plan was immediately involved. The ambulance, the Paralymni fire service, the police patrol and the coast guard boat arrived at the place. The victim was raised to the surface and hospitalized. Fortunately, there is no threat to life.
Rescuers remind: jumping from sea caves is strictly prohibited. The district is officially recognized as a dangerous geological service of Cyprus due to severe erosion and presents a serious risk to life.
