The Cyprus Agricultural Payments Organization (COAP) has completed the payments to the beneficiaries of the National Support Program for the Viticulture Sector 2019-2023, totaling €25,503,067.69.
In a statement, he says that the National Support Program included measures for the restructuring and conversion of vineyards, for green harvesting, for investments in the wine sector, for harvest insurance, for wine promotion and for innovation in the wine sector
According to KOAP, the amount of €25,503,067.69 was paid in the period 2019 – 2025 and related to a fund approved by the European Union for Cyprus. It is noted that the financing comes 100% from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund of the European Union.
