On Tuesday, March 18, an artillery shell was discovered at the construction site in Paye. According to the police, the workers found an ammunition for almost half a meter during construction work.
Employees of the Paphos crime department promptly arrived at the scene of the incident, who cordoned off the territory. To neutralize the ammunition, a pyrotechnician was called, who conducted a controlled explosion on the spot.
The police calls for vigilance and recalls that if suspicious items are found, it is necessary to immediately report to law enforcement agencies.
