The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Cyprus informs that on July 25, 2025, a solemn ceremony of bringing to the oath of recruits to the ESSO 2025 recruits.
On the eve of this event, a classification of conscripts, which will be organized: will undergo:
From July 7 to July 11, 2025-in Larnac, Limasol and Camp “Chris Samara” in Atalass (4th TBO), from July 10 to July 11, 2025-in Ken Paphos.
The conscripts must appear on the date and time indicated on the agenda in military uniform (if it was issued), trimmed and shaved, as well as have the following documents and objects with you:
Mandatory documents: personality certificate or other official identification document and containing ID number. Involvement for military service received by e-mail (after submitting an online application), or awarded by military service (can be presented in digital form).
Medical documents:
A medical certificate, if the conscript takes medication. Putting and reports on the state of health, if the conscript did not go through the medical board earlier and if health problems arose after the previous examination. The assignment of blood and vaccination groups, if they were not submitted to the platform or by inspection by the sanitary commissions.
After the registration is completed, the recruits will be provided: temporary placement at night, a route sheet indicating the place of service, route and telephones for communication, instructions on arrival on the next day.
It is important to mention that the conscripts selected in terms of their garrison will go there on their own. Those who will be sent to other regions will be able to use buses under the program “Scheme of free movement of soldiers” if they declare this in advance during the call.
The Ministry of Defense calls for the recruits to carefully consider and strictly observe the instructions indicated on the agenda and in this announcement.
