Specifically, according to the statistical service, the number of building permits issued in January 2025 was 446, down 24.0%compared to the corresponding month of 2024.
The total value of these licenses in January 2025 reached € 230.8 million, up 4.3% compared to January 2024, which was € 221.2 million, while the total area amounted to 189.9 thousand square meters, recording a decrease of 4.2%.
The 446 licenses provide for 838 residential units, an increase of 0.5%, compared to January 2024.
Of the 838 residential units, according to figures, 165 relate to detached houses, 120 duplicates, 529 residential apartment buildings and 24 mixed apartment buildings.
