Marinakis: The Greek -Turkey Supreme Cooperation Council is difficult after the latest developments

The Greek government spokesman, Pavlos Marinakis, has been difficult to convene the convening of the Supreme Council of Greece - Turkey.

Responding to a question about Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' forthcoming meeting with President Tayyip Erdogan, Mr. Marinakis stressed that no date had been set and stressed that under the shadow of Imamoglou's arrest, this became difficult.

He added that the foreign ministers of the two countries will attend the NATO Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels in early April, where the relevant issues may be discussed.

The Greek government spokesman described the situation in Turkey fluid and alarming.

Referring to the Imamoglou case, he pointed out that concessions to the rule of law and political freedoms cannot be tolerated.
