The All -Chicken Trade Union "Isotita" (Council of the Department of Social Services) expressed serious concern to the lack of reliable security measures in the offices of the social service.
“The number of cases of violence against workers is growing, and the security remains formal, not real. Private guards do not have crisis management skills. The lack of clear protocols of interaction with the police leads to dangerous delays and leaves employees in conditions of fear? When they can only rely on themselves, ”the trade union said.
The organization emphasizes: if measures are not taken immediately, the trade union is ready to resort to strict actions, including a strike.
