Kiev accuses Moscow of safely managing the Zaporizia nuclear power plant, citing reports of huge diesel leakage.
A spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said one tank was damaged, resulting in a quantity of diesel, enough to operate the station's reserve generators for 25 days.
He noted that this development is the result of the risky replacement of Ukrainian experts, with Russians.
"The Russians not only stole the station, but they are also unable to manage its basic safety," he said to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry official.
The Russian administration of the station, however, denied Kiev's information on a fuel tank, referring to "false news".
The Russian Foreign Ministry has said that the plant is a Russian facility and is "impossible" to be returned to Ukraine.
