From May 13 to 17, Limassol will host Future of Wellness-a series of rich master classes about health, energy, stability and proximity in life and relationships. This is an opportunity to stop, reboot and get practical tools that help to live not “on the machine”, but with attention to oneself and their condition.
The Future of Wellness team has gathered a group of experts from around the world to create a space for a deep personal and professional update. Visitors are waiting for breathing practices, work with the body, scientific lectures, discussions of intimacy and awareness - everything that helps to feel alive, stable and included.
May 13 - Day of breathing, body and internal balance.
Venue: Paradox Museum Limassol.
The morning will begin with the practice and lectures of Eddie Stern - one of the most famous yoga teachers in the world and the creator of The Breathing App. He will tell how breathing affects the nervous system and helps to recover physically and emotionally.
In the afternoon, the master class of Shi Sin M (Walter Dzhgegia) will take place-the secular monk Shaolin and Velnes-entrepreneur. His session will introduce adapted practices of the East, which develop clarity, stability and internal power.
On May 14, hormonal health, sexuality and vital energy will be devoted to both women and men.

In a warm, trusting atmosphere, participants explore the topics of communication, proximity and constructing stable ties. Brayni Cole, Sarah Erb and Diana Shcherbanskaya will be held sessions, who will help to look at herself and her relationship as a space of power, understanding and development.
On May 15 and 16, Future of Wellness will present a separate scene within Reflect Festival - Future of Health & Wellness Stage, where international speakers will talk about health, confident leadership, focus and life on themselves.
