In the Philippines, the death toll from typhoon Kalmagui is increasing, with the dead reaching forty.
Among them 6 crew members of a military helicopter, which was on a disaster relief mission in the affected areas.
Almost 400 thousand people have been displaced due to the strong typhoon that caused major floods in extensive areas in the central part of the country.
