In the Philippines, the number of victims from the passage of typhoon "Kalmagi" rises dramatically.
So far, 140 people have been confirmed dead. It is considered certain, however, that the number of victims will increase, since 127 people are still missing.
The national civil protection agency announced 114 deaths, adding to another 28 recorded by authorities in Cebu province.
Typhoon "Kalmagi" caused torrential rains, which led to floods of rare severity.
