The Larnaca and Paphos airports welcomed 707,304 passengers during March 2025, increasing 5.91% compared to 2024, while the largest passenger trafficking over the period January-March continues to be recorded with an increase of 6.79% compared to 2024.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Transport, following the positive trends of 2024, the volume of passengers at Larnaca Airport increased by 15.17%, while Paphos Airport decreased -11.45%, compared to 2024.
With these main markets from Greece, the United Kingdom, Israel, Poland and Germany, aircraft traffic increased by 5.85% compared to 2024 and amounted to 5,921 flights.
The largest increase in absolute numbers was presented at Larnaca Airport on routes with Israel, Greece, the United Kingdom, Poland, Armenia, while we had increases in: Germany, Israel, Sweden, Lithuania and Ireland at: Germany, Israel, Sweden, Lithuania and Ireland.
In contrast, the biggest reductions were presented in Larnaca from Germany, Austria, France, Lithuania and Hungary, while in Paphos from Greece, Italy, France, Hungary and Bulgaria.
