The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe could play a major role in monitoring a ceasefire in Ukraine, Swiss Foreign Minister Ignacio Cassis said.
As he mentioned, there are specific considerations on the matter, as the OSCE could have the ability to deploy dozens of people in a very short period of time.
The Swiss foreign minister noted that a fact-finding mission could be initially deployed in Ukraine to assess the situation.
