A 56-year-old man who tried to dive into a swimming pool and ended up on the ground is in intensive care.
He was admitted in a serious condition to Paphos General Hospital after falling three meters onto the pavement next to the swimming pool at a mansion in Peyia.
According to a representative of the Communications Department of the Police Headquarters, information about the injured English tourist was received on Thursday at 20:45.
Upon further investigation, police learned that a 56-year-old man allegedly walked onto the terrace of the mansion at a height of three meters and attempted to jump into the swimming pool. According to police, the 56-year-old man apparently slipped and fell near the swimming pool. The 56-year-old man was transferred to the emergency department of Paphos General Hospital.
