The Meteorological Service of the Republic of Cyprus predicts worsening weather conditions by the end of the week. If on Thursday, November 14, the air temperature is two to four degrees above the seasonal norm, then by Sunday it will drop to normal or even slightly lower. Short periods of rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas of the island. There may be wet snow in the mountains. For the first time this autumn, night temperatures in Troodos will drop to zero.
Warm, dry weather is expected on Thursday, November 14th. Clouds may appear in the sky periodically. In Limassol, Nicosia and Larnaca the air will warm up to +26, in Paphos, Polis, Paralimni and Ayia Napa - up to +25, in Troodos - up to +13. There is zero chance of precipitation.
On Friday, November 15, weather forecasters promise seven hours of sun on the coast and short rains. On the coast it will be up to +27 degrees, in the interior of the island - up to +25, on the peaks of Troodos - up to +13.
On Saturday, November 16, the weather will worsen and there will be rain. Sunday, November 17, will be the wettest day of the week. From 10 to 35 mm of precipitation can fall per day, with a monthly norm of 53 mm.
On Monday, November 17, the wind will change, the weather will begin to gradually improve, and will become warmer by one or two degrees. There may be some light rain in some areas of the island.
