Hizbullah leader Naim Qassem called the agreement with Israel on a ceasefire in South Lebanon a great victory.
In his first speech since the deal went into effect, Qassem says the organization won because it prevented Israel from destroying or weakening Hezbollah.
He also pledged to work with the Lebanese army, which is tasked with implementing the ceasefire, which calls for both Hezbollah and the Israeli military to withdraw from southern Lebanon.
